WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Currently Rusticity only takes payments via Debit or Credit Card or through Paypal. If you have a preferred method of payment, please contact hello@rusticity.com.au.

I HAVE MY OWN SLEEPING BAG - DO YOU DO COMMISSIONS?

Yes - We love commissions!  Please email hello@rusticity.com.au to discuss your commission piece ideas with our team & to receive an individual quote on your item. 

Prices do vary depending on the product, materials and time taken to complete the project.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the unique, one off, handmade nature of these products, please consider your purchase carefully as refunds for change of mind purchases are not permitted. 

Our puffer jackets are created from 2nd hand, vintage & retro sleeping bags - sourced from around the world. Due to the age and nature of the materials used, there is a natural wear and tear that comes with working with these products. Please review all product photos prior to purchase as these photos form part of the description. 

It is important to us that our products meet your needs. Our sizing guidelines will give you exact measurements of each jacket to ensure an adequate fit. If you are unsure of your size, please contact hello@rusticity.com.au for clarity in how to take your measurements. We are unable to exchange your product for a different size due to the one off nature of these garments. 

If your item is faulty or you are in any way dissatisfied, please contact hello@rusticity.com.au to speak with us about a resolution.  

I ACCIDENTALLY ENTERED IN THE WRONG DETAILS - WHAT CAN I DO?

If you need to change any of your shipping details, please contact hello@rusticity.com.au ASAP. We will endeavour rectify the issue prior to shipping. 

Please note, we are only able to make changes to your order PRIOR to shipping. If your order has been shipped and you have received shipping confirmation, we will be unable to make any changes. 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

If your item is in stock, shipping will generally occur within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive confirmation of your shipping request via email with a tracking number via Australia Post.
